I used translator because it was a quickest way of checking pinyin of Chinese characters, not because translator is better than a dictionary.
If I wanted to check pronounciation of the first I’d have no other way than drawing the characters by hand, because app refuses to show me translation of the actual text I’m showing it. Example? I translate sentence which includes word 哥哥 (older brother), first it translates it as brother, when I move to the translation window it spells 弟弟(younger brother). And then makes me click to move it to translate window, where it translates the translation making mistakes.
